We’re New

How do I get my dog signed up?

All dogs must register and do a meet-and-greet interview before joining the group.

Meet & Greet Qualifications

  • 4 months or older

  • Spay/neuter is required for dogs 6 months - 1 year

  • Current on all vaccinations (Rabies, Bordetella, DHLPP)

  • Clean fecal result within the past year (negative)

  • Non-aggressive and in good health

How is this different than a dog park?

  • All dogs are vaccinated, assessed and approved prior to joining play groups.

  • Trained team members are always present redirecting behaviors as needed ensuring a safe and fun environment for everyone.

  • Structured activities like the obstacle course, toy time, snack and nap time allow for mental, physical and emotional stimulation.

What do I bring?

  • Your dog (wearing a quick-release collar).

  • That’s it! Do not bring bedding, toys, private water bowls or blankets - those are all provided.

Are there risks/ are there dog fights?

  • Inherent Risks

  • Group play, while highly beneficial, exposes dogs to various contagions. Fully vaccinated dogs can contract & spread bacteria that may cause illness.

  • Normal dog play involves wrestling with teeth and claws. Nicks, scratches, scrapes, pulled hair, punctures, bruising, soreness, etc. are all possible outcomes.

  • While we believe the benefits of group play outweigh the risks, this is a personal decision to take into consideration.

  • Fights

  • Dog fights can occur although this is rare.  Our team diligently monitors interactions regularly interfering before an escalation. The team is trained to break them up quickly and effectively. We do not allow dogs who have exhibited disruptive behaviors to come back to group.

What if my dog becomes ill or injured?

  • If a dog becomes ill, they are separated from other dogs and the pet parent is contacted.

  • Dogs with minor injuries like scrapes or scratches will be cleaned up, given extra love and sent home with a booboo report.

  • If a dog has a more severe injury, the pet parent will be notified and the dog will be taken to the nearest emergency vet.

  • All medical expenses are assumed by the pet parent (refer to the waiver).

  • If one dog injures another the parent of the dog at fault assumes medical expenses of the injured dog.

Is someone on site overnight?

  • Our team is here 6am-10pm, outside of those hours the pups are comfortably tucked into their suites.

  • Our facility has 24 hour camera monitoring, heat sensors, 24 hour security monitoring and is less than .5 miles from a local fire station.
